1. Data we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect: name, company name and SIRET, email, phone number, delivery or billing address, and the content of quote requests or orders. We never store your card details — payments are processed directly by our payment provider, Stripe.

2. Why we collect it

This data is used to process your quote requests and orders, deliver your products, issue invoices, manage your professional account, and respond to your enquiries. We do not use your data for marketing without your consent, and we do not sell it to third parties.

3. Cookies

This site uses a single strictly necessary session cookie (PHPSESSID) required for the cart, quote request and login features to work — it does not track you and requires no consent under applicable rules. We use no advertising or audience-measurement cookies. During checkout, our payment provider Stripe may set its own cookies, governed by Stripe's own privacy policy. This site also loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which involves a technical request to Google's servers (and therefore your IP address) each time a page loads.

4. Who your data is shared with

Your data is hosted by Hostinger (see our legal notice) and, for payments, processed by Stripe. We do not share your data with any other third party.

5. How long we keep it

Order and invoicing data is kept for the legal accounting retention period. Professional account data is kept for as long as your account remains active, and quote requests are kept for the time needed to process them and follow up.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your data, as well as the right to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@mieletsel.fr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
