Terms of sale

Seller: SAIIDI, SIRET 924 495 914 00013, TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI.

1. Scope

These terms govern all sales made via mieletsel.fr, for both trade customers (restaurants, cafés, food service — wholesale pastry and event catering) and individual customers (direct delivery).

2. Trade customers (wholesale pastry & event catering)

Wholesale prices are shown ex-VAT (HT). Orders are subject to a minimum of 24 units per reference. Volume discounts apply automatically to the order total (8% from 100 units, 15% from 300 units, 22% from 600 units, all references combined). Trade orders and event catering quotes are invoiced directly; payment terms are stated on each invoice or quote. Event catering packages are indicative and adjusted to the final quote sent after your request.

3. Individual customers

Prices shown to individual customers are inclusive of VAT (TTC) where applicable. Online orders are payable by card via our secure payment provider (Stripe) at the time of order. Delivery is currently limited to the following areas: 75, 92, 93, 94. Delivery times are confirmed at the time of order.

Right of withdrawal: in accordance with Article L221-28 9° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods such as our pastries. Any complaint about a delivered order must be reported within 24 hours to contact@mieletsel.fr.

4. Product information & allergens

Allergen information is provided on each product sheet. Customers with allergies or intolerances are invited to contact us before ordering for any additional detail.

5. Liability

SAIIDI cannot be held liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure).

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts have jurisdiction.
