Yes. Allergen information is listed for every wholesale product, and our event catering dishes each show their compatible diets (halal, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free...). Tell us your requirements when ordering or requesting a quote.

Our trade pricing applies from 24 units per ordered reference, with tiered volume discounts up to −22% across your total order.

No — you can order directly from the catalogue or request a quote without an account. A free pro account (SIRET required) lets you track your order history and download invoices.

Ordering directly confirms a standard order from the catalogue at listed pricing. A quote request is for custom needs — specific volumes, made-to-order kitchen prep, or anything outside the standard catalogue — and gets a tailored, no-obligation proposal within 48 business hours.

No. Beyond ready-to-serve desserts, we also subcontract kitchen prep work to order: cut fruit and vegetables, poultry ballotines, meat prep, sous-vide cooking, meat jus, and recurring mise en place every few days. See our "kitchen prep" page for examples, or request a quote.

All wholesale (trade) prices are shown ex-VAT (HT).

No, there is no minimum order for individual customers.

We deliver to Paris and the inner suburbs (75, 92, 93, 94). Delivery pricing is shown at checkout before you pay.

By secure card payment online, processed by our payment provider Stripe. Prices in the shop are shown including VAT (TTC).

Yes. Our Moroccan and Malian cuisines are prepared without pork, and every dish on our menu lists its compatible diets (halal, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free...). Tell us your requirements when you request a quote and we'll build the menu accordingly.

Our event packages work from around thirty guests upward, with no upper limit for large receptions such as weddings.

Service (staff, tableware, furniture) is offered as an option depending on your event format — see the "Options & add-ons" section on our event catering page, or request a quote that includes these services.

We cover Paris and the inner suburbs (75, 92, 93, 94), with possible extension further out depending on the event — contact us to check your area.

Ideally allow 2 to 3 months for a wedding (more during peak season, May to September), 3 to 4 weeks for a corporate event, and 1 to 2 weeks for a private dinner. Your quote itself is always ready within 48 business hours.

Yes — every request gets a free, tailored proposal that you're free to accept or not.

Yes. We never store your card details — all payments (retail shop and, where applicable, pro accounts) are processed directly and securely by Stripe.

Pro account holders can view and download their invoices at any time from their account area. For individual orders, a receipt is emailed after each payment.
