Why this choice

Why choose Moroccan catering for your wedding

A naturally festive cuisine

Tagine, couscous and pastilla are built to be shared around a large table — the very spirit of a great wedding.

Flavours worth remembering

Gentle spices, candied citrus, toasted almonds: dishes that stay with guests long after the meal.

Suited to every format

Cocktail reception, buffet or seated dinner — Moroccan dishes adapt to any size of celebration.

Building a Moroccan wedding menu

A Moroccan wedding meal is usually organised in three stages: an opening cocktail built around briouates and pastilla, a main course — tagine or royal couscous — served buffet-style or plated, then a pastry table (gazelle horns, chebakia) with mint tea. Every stage is adjusted to your event's format and guest count.

A menu built around your celebration

The number of cocktail bites, dish sizes and service flow are all priced in your quote, based on your date and venue. We recommend allowing 2 to 3 months to secure your date, more during peak wedding season.
