Before ordering from a new supplier, logistics are often the first question — not just the product or the price. Here are the answers to the questions we get asked most often about deliveries.

For the trade catalogue (wholesale individual desserts), we deliver chilled across all of France, with delivery estimated within 2 business days of order confirmation. This coverage isn't limited to the Paris region for this type of order, unlike our event catering offer.

For event catering (weddings, receptions, private dinners), our usual service area covers Paris and the inner suburbs (75, 92, 93, 94), with possible extension further out depending on the nature and size of the event — let us know your venue when requesting a quote so we can confirm feasibility.

For direct-to-consumer orders, delivery is currently limited to Paris and the inner suburbs, a narrower area tied to the freshness of products sold individually with no minimum order.

Recurring orders (weekly or twice-weekly delivery for a restaurant, café or food truck with a fixed spot) are arranged case by case based on your area — tell us your postcode and preferred frequency, and we'll suggest the available slots in your zone.
